Gesunde, hochreife Trauben wurden nach einer kurzen Maischestandzeit von vier Stunden gekeltert und vergoren. Der Ausbau im Halbstückfass (600 L) selektionierter Pfälzer Eiche erfolgte in der dritten Belegung.

 

Die auf Muschelkalk (25% Kalkgehalt) gepflanzten Reben beanspruchen gute, warme Lagen um als Wein ihr Bukett entfalten zu können.
