Wir zählen zu den Auserwählten!

Weniger als 1% der Weinbaubetriebe in Rheinland-Pfalz erhalten den begehrten Staatsehrenpreis des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz.

Jedes Jahr bewertet die Landwirtschaftskammer die besten Weine und Sekte des Landes. In diesem Jahr waren das unglaubliche 12.788 verschiedene Erzeugnisse aus 928 Betrieben.

Dieses Jahr haben wir für unsere gesamte Sektkollektion höchste Punktzahlen und damit den Staatsehrenpreis erhalten.

Sie trinken also nicht nur ausgezeichnete, sondern auch preisgekrönte Winzersekte.

UNSERE SEKTLINIEN

Unsere Winzersekte stellen wir nach der traditionellen Flaschengärung her. Besser bekannt als méthode champenoise - also wie Champagner. Mindestens neun Monate müssen diese Sekte auf der Hefe reifen. Unsere Winzersekte lassen wir deutlich länger reifen. So entstehen Sekte mit ganz besonderen Noten und sehr feinem Mousseux. Ob Riesling, Spätburgunder oder Weissburgunder - auch bei unseren Sekten ist uns der feine Eigengeschmack der Rebsorte besonders wichtig. Je nach Linie kommen dann stärkere Briochenoten dazu.

KLASSIK-SEKTE

Unsere KLASSIK-Sekte mit einem Hefelager bis zu 36 Monaten präsentieren die klare Frucht und Aromatik ihrer Rebsorte und sind knackige, erfrischende Aperitife und passen perfekt zu Meeresfrüchten.

PRIVÉ-SEKTE

Unsere PRIVÉ-Sekte sind im kleinen Eichenholzfass ausgebaut und haben eine sehr weiche, cremige Struktur. Es sind ideale Speisenbegleiter mit deutlicher Prägung durch das Hefelager von mehr als 48 Monaten.

PATINA-SEKTE

Unsere PATINA-Sekte liegen zwischen 5 bis zu unglaublichen 35 Jahren auf der Hefe und reifen in der Flasche. Es sind sehr intensive, kräftige Typen mit viel Ausdruck. Festtagssekte für besondere Momente.
