Pop-up-Restaurant im Wilhelmshof

Seit mehr als 40 Jahren kochen pfälzer Legenden (wie Karl-Emil Kuntz, Peter Steverding, …) und junge ambitionierte Köche im Wilhelmshof. 2021 haben wir den Rahmen auf eine Pop-up-Serie erweitert.

2021

Mit Lisa Schröder und Ferdinand Kretz starteten wir unser Engagement, ambitionierte Köche, auf dem Weg in die Selbstständigkeit zu unterstützen. Pachtfrei konnten die beiden jungen Köche mit fantastischem Lebenslauf Ihr Konzept in der Pop-up-Serie im Wilhelmshof ausprobieren. Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg!

2022

Patrick Kroll, bis 2017 stellvertretender Küchenchef im Brenner´s Parkhotel (** Michelin) übernimmt den Kochlöffel für das Hummer-Menü am 5. und 6. Februar.

2024

Herr Claus Peter, Grünkohl-Vize-Koch-Weltmeister, übernimmt zusammen mit seinem Azubi-Team am 02. Februar und 03. Februar 2024 die Küche des Wilhelmshofes und kreiert unter dem Motto ” Der Hohe Norden trifft auf den fernen Osten” ein 5-Gänge-Degustationsmenü.
