Fruchtsäure, als ganze Traube gekeltert, sind die Grundlage dieses
feinen Sektes. Dieser Cremant reifte seit Frühjahr 2019 auf der Hefe.

 

Rebschnitt auf 6-8 Augen, Doppelaugen ausbrechen, sorgfältige Laubarbeiten, gute Humusgehalte, Dreivierteljahres-Begrünung, reduzierte Erträge durch Trauben teilen, 100%ige Handlese sind nur einige Stichpunkte. Sprechen Sie uns an.

Der Weißburgunder, der Burgunderfamilie zugehörig, wurde in den 70er Jahren im Wilhelmshof aus eigenen alten Weinbergen selektioniert und veredelt.
