Die Spätburgunder Trauben wurden vom 3. auf den 4. Dezember 2010 bei minus 8 Grad Celsius geerntet. Der Saft lief mit 144 Grad Oechsle von der Kelter.

 

Noch während der Weinlese im Oktober wurden die Reben samt Trauben dieses Weinberges mit Netzen vor Vogelfraß geschützt. Dann begann die Zeit des Bangens, wird es kalt genug um überhaupt Eiswein ernten zu können?
