Am vorletzten Erntetag, dem 24.09.2022, wurden die hochreifen Trauben von Hand im zweiten Lesedurchgang geerntet. Um die Säure zu erhalten wurden die Trauben nicht abgebeert, sondern als ganze Trauben gekeltert.
