Am letzten Erntetag 2022 (25.09.) von Hand gelesen. Eine Teilmenge der entrappten reifen Trauben durften für 15 Stunden auf der Maische stehen, um Aromen aus der Schale zu lösen, bevor sie gekeltert wurden.
