Die Hälfte der Trauben wurden als Ganztraubenpressung gekeltert, zum Erhalt einer schönen Fruchtsäure der hochreifen Trauben. 50% erhielten eine Maischestandzeit von sechs Stunden, um mehr Aromen aus den goldenen Beerenhäuten zu ziehen.
