Der Witterung 2017 zu Folge ernteten wir bei dieser Rebsorte 30 % weniger als in den Vorjahren. Auf Grund der knackigen Säure haben wir uns für eine Maischestandzeit von 6 Stunden entschieden, um mehr Aromen aus der Beerenhaut zu lösen und die Säure zu harmonisieren.

 

Gesundes hochreifes Lesegut ist uns im Wilhelmhof sehr wichtig und unsere Rieslinge beweisen dies mit innerer Tiefe, und zartem Duft nach Pfirsich und Aprikosen-Aromen. Sie schmecken klar und rassig.
