Rezepte

Chips & Co. waren gestern, knackige Salzmandeln sind nicht nur viel gesünder sondern auch super lecker und schnell gemacht. Die enthaltenen Vitamine, Mineralstoffe wie Calcium und Magnesium sorgen für eine extra Portion Energie.

Zutaten

200 g Mandeln, unbehandelt

200 ml Wasser

1 Eiweiß

4 TL Salz

1 Espressolöffel Chilipulver (Pimentt d’Espelette)

Rezept drucken

Zubereitung

1. Wasser mit Salz und Chillipulver leicht köcheln, umrühren ca 7 min.

2. Dann abgießen mit einem Sieb.

3. Die Mandeln auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben. Bei 180° C 20 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene backen.

4. Aus dem Ofen holen, abkühlen lassen und einfach als Fingerfood genießen.

Dazu schmeckt ein Glas unseres Rieslings im Sonnenschein ganz vorzüglich.
