Den Wilhelmshof gibt es seit über 350 Jahren un die längste Zeit davon war er ein reines Weingut. In den 1970ern allerdings fingen Herbert und Christa Roth an, sich mit Sekt zu beschäftigen. Ihre Vorliebe für Prickelndes hat sie in wenigen Jahren zu Top-Sekterzeugern gemacht. Mittlerweile machen Barbara Roth und Thorsten Ochocki in Siebeldingen charakterstarke Winzersekte, die mindestens 15 Monate auf der Hefe liegen. Das Familienweingut kann sich auf die Fahnen schreiben, erster Hersteller eine Blanc-de-Noirs-Sekts in Deutschland gewesen zu sein.
