Danke, Herr Ochocki die für Informationen zu ihrem Weinanbau, die Lese und die Nachhaltigkeit ihres Weingutes. Bei der Verkostung des Sektes und der Weine lernten wir ebenfalls einiges dazu. Danke auch für die Zeit, in Ruhe und ohne Eile alle Fragen zu beantworten. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Abend.
Wir werden den Wilhelmshof gerne einmal besuchen und sind besonders vom Sekt begeistert.
